In my 20 years of experience, I’ve discovered that true healing happens when we bridge the gap between our thoughts and physical sensations. When your body is tight, your creative thinking becomes constrained. When your mind carries worries, your body holds that tension.
That’s why each session begins with space for you to unload what’s on your mind. Some days, it might be a brief check-in before moving to the treatment table. Other times, we might explore deeper, revealing patterns that have been holding you back. This conversation guides the physical treatment, creating a truly personalised healing experience.

Two-hour treatments create a sacred pause in your busy life—an appointment with yourself where you can fully arrive, be seen, and receive nurturing touch that asks nothing of you. This can be particularly valuable during transitional times or when feeling stuck, these sessions can facilitate a beautiful unraveling that ripples through all aspects of your life.
Your Transformation, Your Timeline
Your package includes six, 12 or 18 treatments to use within six to 12 months (dependent on the numbr of treatments you choose). As a creative change maker who understands the rhythms of innovation and rest, you can choose to cluster sessions during intense periods (perhaps three treatments in one week after a major project) or space them out for regular renewal.
At your first session, you’ll receive a personal journal to track insights, sensations, and shifts—creating a roadmap of your transformation that deepens the impact of each subsequent treatment.

What Makes These Treatments Different?
For the past 15 years I’ve being using Myofascial Release Techniques (MFR) in my massages. This particular form of MFR is slow and stealthy – there’s an emphasis on gentle pressure and listening to the body rather than forcing muscles and structures to ‘submit’. It works not just with the muscles of the body, but the connective tissue (fascia) too.
The fascia creates a wrapper around every cell, muscle, organ and bone – creating planes up, down and through the body that torsion and pull as a result of injury, trauma, scar tissue and posture habits.
One of the reasons I love using MFR is how beautifully it integrates with the nervous system, allowing you to soft and let go of tightness.
Clients have often wondered why they suddenly find themselves thinking or talking about certain times in their life during their time on my treatment couch.
If, at a time of accident or trauma, we are unable to fully process the incident (due to lack of time or capacity) we hold the residual tension of that within the body – MFR allows the cycle to be completed and the energy disapated.
There is a connectedness to the body that MFR communicates with intricately, to the point that a session can feel like a dance within the body.
