Welcome to my feel good studio, a suprising space set in the tree tops of Banner Cross in suburban Sheffield.
If you’re looking for a different approach, this is might be just the ticket. Often playful, usually irreverent, always compassionate and kind, be prepared to get curious.
I specialise in Myofascial Release massage and blend it with a myriad of massage techniques and mindset work. Because in my twenty plus years as a therapist I’ve found that where mind and body intersect, that’s where the magic is.
My joy is longform massage – that’s massage sessions that last 90 minutes or two hours. You can save 45 minute and 1 hour sessions for the spa. This is an opportunity to work deeply with your nervous system, coming to a place of healing and progress that lasts.
After all, when did Rest become a four letter word?
In a world gone a little bit loopy…
Rest is a form of resistance.
Joy is a form of resistance.
Play is a form of resistance.
Your wellbeing is a form of resistance.

What is Slink?
Slink is a fascia-centered massage and somatic guidance program designed to help high-functioning women feel grounded, regulated, and at home in their bodies again.
Who is Slink for?
Slink is for women founders, executives, and creatives who appear successful on the outside but feel disconnected, tense, or chronically “on” inside.
How does Slink work?
The program blends:
• Myofascial Release Massage to release deep physical holding patterns
• Somatic wayfinding to restore internal awareness, safety, and self-trust. Together, these approaches support nervous system regulation and embodied resilience.
What problem does Slink solve?
Slink helps women who are tired of pushing through stress reconnect with their bodies—so they can lead, create, and live from a place of ease rather than exhaustion.
What is the outcome?
Participants experience:
• A stronger sense of embodiment
• Reduced tension and overwhelm
• Greater emotional and physical regulation
• A renewed feeling of being “at home” in themselves
Why try Myofascial Release?
For the past 15 years I’ve being using Myofascial Release Techniques (MFR) in my massages. This particular form of MFR is slow and stealthy – there’s an emphasis on gentle pressure and listening to the body rather than forcing muscles and structures to ‘submit’.
One of the reasons I love using MFR is how beautifully it integrates with the nervous system, allowing you to soft and let go of tightness. Clients have often wondered why they suddenly find themselves thinking or talking about certain times in their life during their time on my treatment couch. If, at a time of accident or trauma, we are unable to fully process the incident (due to lack of time or capacity) we hold the residual tension of that within the body – MFR allows the cycle to be completed and the energy disapated.
Clients often report back feeling a sense of lightness, reintegration and wellbeing. They experience falling into a deeply restful state that can often feel like a total reset
I’m not sure if this is an accurate description, but I just feel so… ✨light✨ today! Like all of my joints and everything have been oiled and everything feels freer and flowier. What a luxurious feeling!!
